Damar Hamlin collapsed after a pretty big hit during a game. As the opposition came in for a tackle he lead with his helmet which made a strong connection with Hamlin's chest. What's CRAZY is that this is so Common American football and the especially the NFL which is so competitive. After standing up from this hit, Damar stood for a second and collapsed. By the grace of god and the amazing training and fortitude of the INCREDIBLE medical staff on the scene, he was saved and rushed to the hospital where he eventually made a recovery and I believe he even ended uP joining the team in the same season. Nothing has been said about why he suffered this Heart attack during the game and it is such a SHOCK considering how fit and healthy this man is as an ELITE ATHLETE.
