The aircraft are participating in Red Flag 12-3, which is a large scale exercise held about 3-4 times a year here in Las Vegas. 12-3 involved the RAF GR4 Tornado, the RAAF F-18's and a first time participant, the MC-12W Liberty out of Beale AFB, Ca.
