Unboxing and Installation: 🚲When you first open the box, you will find the hitch mechanism and base of the Apex. 🚲To install, pull back the lever and insert the hitch into your vehicle's receiver. 🚲Secure it with the two screws provided, ensuring they are threaded properly. Note: Once the hitch mechanism is separated from the base, it stays locked and forms a 90° angle. Attaching to Your Subaru: 🚲Remove the cap from your Subaru's 2-inch receiver. No adapter needed for a 2-inch receiver. 🚲Insert the hitch, listen for the click, and then tighten to reduce wobble. Use the flat base key for the locking cylinder, inserting it into the hitch. 🚲Two locking cylinders are included: one for the top and one for the bottom of the hitch. 🚲Tighten the hitch firmly to minimize movement.
