Are you tired of sweating your tail off every spring and summer when it comes time to do some trail maintenance at your hunting property? If so, this is the video for you! I know plenty of guys that spend hours toting chainsaws, clippers and weed eaters around the woods. Matter of fact, I used to be in the club as well. We don't all have tractors or heavy duty equipment at our disposal. If you do, I still say consider this route. I have been keeping my trails cleared like this for three years now. In comparison to neighboring hunting properties, there is a MAJOR difference between their mowed trails and mine. Now, here is the scoop on GLYPHOSATE. Immediately, people will scream Cancer and Poison! Unfortunately, this is due to a class action lawsuit with "Round Up" over other carcinogenic additives in their proprietary mix. Not Glyphosate, the active ingredient. While I do not use the product where I grow my food, it is for the same reason that I do not use commercial fertilizers. Organic is simply what I prefer and what I know works. Glyphosate is a foliar herbicide. It needs to come in contact with green and growing leaves in order to be absorbed by the plant. IT DOES NOT POISION THE SOIL! It blocks and enzymatic reaction in the plant that does not allow it to produce proteins, ultimately leading to the plants demise. You can actually plant the very next day and your new seed will germinate and grow just fine. If you are skeptical of what I just said, by all means I encourage everyone to do their research prior to any endeavor. That is the whole point of this video. My hope is that this becomes a way that you are able to save a lot of time, money and sweat equity in the woods.
