Feats are a reward given to the player in The Long Dark for reaching a milestone, such as spending 100 days outdoors. These feats, also known as badges, grant the player some bonuses and boosts to make surviving a little bit easier! However, not all feats are created equal, and there are limitations to how many you can apply to your run at any given time. Feats are very important especially at the higher difficulties and their bonuses can be critical for survival. It's important to take the pros and cons of each feat into consideration before applying it to make sure that it meshes with your playstyle and will give you the best chances of surviving.
