Two Metropolitan Police officers were found guilty of gross misconduct on Wednesday over the stop and search of two black athletes. Ricardo dos Santos, 28, an Olympic sprinter, and Bianca Williams, 29, a Team GB athlete, had complained to the police watchdog after alleging they were profiled during a “disturbing” stop 4 July 2020.
