A (re-) introduction to the Loomis method for drawing simple portraits, as I practice in my sketchbook. Using just two colored pencils, I go over the basic process of sketching a Loomis head and then sketch character portraits from House of the Dragon to show my step-by-step process for different head angles and proportions.
