Time Stamps: 1:09: Chicken and Kale Salad 9:55: Dark Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Parfait 15:23: Chocolate Banana Peanut Protein Smoothie Ingredients: @Kale Chicken Salad 2 cups of kale 1/2 cup shredded chicken 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of shaved parmesan cheese 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans 1/2 lemon juice 1/2 avocado salt and pepper to taste @Yoghurt Parfait 1/2 cup of nonfat greek yoghurt 2 pieces of dark chocolate (or teaspoon of dark chocolate chips) 5 raspberries @Chocolate Banana Peanut Protein Smoothie 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (or vanilla protein powder with 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder) 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 2 cups of water 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 banana 3 cups of ice (or use frozen banana)
