Video taken from Nightwish Showtime-Storytime Bluray (resampled to 25 fps) and audio from DVD. End part is taken from album. I think I was the one who first started to do this extended version (not my idea thou), but someone was quicker, and I abandoned the idea. But now, after Ann passed away, I listened one of those extended versions, and it had pretty horrible audio at the end part, so I decided to do it better. So, I'm sorry if this hurts someone's feelings, but I hope some can enjoy this one too.
