Mission 6 to Bremen again. B17 Mighty Eighth REDUX - Patch 1.0.9b We’re off to Bremen again. I’m flying historical missions the 381st Bomb group flew in WWII. So, please forgive me for the repetitive missions. I fly an intermediate mission next to Bremen again just to move the date forward. This won't be uploaded as a full mission as Bremen is arguably getting boring and historically the 381st Bomb Group only flew three missions to Bremen at this time. But, the next recorded mission is to Osnabruck that took place on the 22nd December 1943 The latest patch needs a bit of work in my opinion. There’s too many fighters and not enough friendly fighters to help. The bombers guns also seem to lose their range effectiveness after a few waves of enemy fighters attacks. Making it very hard to shoot down inbound enemy fighters. This was a known bug from the original Mighty Eighth game. Due to the number of enemy fighters, the flak also is significantly suppressed. This is making the bomb runs pretty easy and missions are becoming “milk runs”. I’m hoping the developers fix this in upcoming patches.
