Forward extensions can be challenging for many yoga students. In this intermediate level Iyengar Yoga practice, you'll learn how to deepen your groins and lengthen your lumbar spine in the ardha presentation of several different poses. These actions can radically transform your experience of forward bending asanas. Practicing yoga with props is especially informative. In this Iyengar Yoga class, we utilize a yoga strap, tied around the pelvis, to highlight and emphasize particular actions.
