I would say at a minimum, maybe ten- to fifteen-percent of your wealth in real estate or REITs. If you want more cash flow or just to diversify your stock portfolio a little more, maybe you go to twenty-five or thirty-percent in REITs while younger investors that want more growth might go with the lower allocation.
