While driving through Reno we were recommended to ride at Peavine Mountain, and the Halo Trail. The Halo Trail is a black diamond, which we learned is more of a blue. But you should be aware that it can get quite windy up on the top of old Peavine Mountain! We experienced the wind first hand, and actually felt pretty unsafe with how hard it was blowing us around on our mountain bikes. We even came off our bikes at one point because of the wind.
