So enjoy the new series based around low effort farming! These mechanics just enforce what was already meta anyways. Def is still 349, and I botched the CB choices cuz I just remembered Golan's parasol shots don't count as normals and would not apply SR...fortunately Bianca's att is one of the highest in the game and brute forced right through it. Playing WS is really simple, you buff, Shawn ult and break, then Bianca ult, then spam everything else (Shawn ecb, Golan passive, Golan ult, even more Shawn ults, etc). Pearl is a completely open slot, but pairs exceptionally well with WS with her excellent amps for NA, and even a 2 core break should you need it. Julien himself has instant core rereveal, and opens with energy degen. This is crippling and there are only 2 counters to it: 1. Cabernet w/ 2 empowers, and 2. round start 5 core break. Because Cab is already bleeding edge meta, she is ideal. Round start breaks are usually found on ECBs (Golan, Pearl, Enfer, Cab, Don, etc), and a few special cases of extremely low initial energy ults (Che, Laby, Crache, etc). As for the elites, the big ones show cores after hp threshold and being blocked, and the skinny ones teleport to furthest target. Unlike their last DZ appearance, they now do target selection right before teleporting instead of locking on before their power up animation, making them much easier to bait. I'm pretty sure they also have hp threshold. For hp -30, you may wanna consider waiting on the first Golan passive and ecb to shoot and catch them in the ecb aoe to force core reveal. Otherwise, we just ignore all the small fry cuz global NA spam is a totally fair and balanced mechanic. Pearl or Nox can shoot them down if playing other teams.
