April 7, 2024 10:44am Discovered back in April that the gate-less ATSF era US&S signal facing the alley way had been replaced with a brand new Siemens modern Safetran signal unexpectedly as these gateless signals usually aren't touched. Come to find out, I was told that the ATSF era gateless signal was leaning badly when last seen. This was due to a car hitting and knocking over the signal and its foundation was damaged also resulting in BNSF replacing the entire signal and its foundation rebuilt. Later this day, I did get a side view of it head on to see its lights with a Amtrak that passed and I'll have the previous signal linked in that video. Note that the close remaining rare Safetran Type 1 Electronic Bell here is not sounding good as it starts out at its normal volumn and then it lowers and gets really quiet but then slowly starts back getting louder again.
