In this video I will show you how to very easily set up your computer and router to allow Remote Desktop connections from a remote location outside of your home or office, and how to configure and enable 128-bit encryption on the remote desktop connection so you can safely and securely access your computer from outside your network. There are many times when I am at work and need to do something on my home computer. With this setup I can use RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) and Remote Desktop Connection software to connect to my home computer from work (or from a hotel if I'm travelling).
