As the former champion of the highly prestigious International Kerplunk Pro League (IKPL), you wake up one day to find a strange invitation in the mail. The current champion (and controversial Kerplunk community badboy) has invited you to a secret underground grudge match. He's asked you to put it all on the line to determine who is the greatest of all time Kerplunker™ It's old vs new. The greatest in history vs the greatest of the current generation. Two will enter, but only one will leave. IT'S TIME, TO D-D-D-D-D-DUEL This video has a couple of little errors here and there, see if you can spot them! It's safe to say all the goofy compositing and VFX I used really pushed my "top-of-the-line-if-the-line-was-on-a-budget" PC to its extremes. As a result, editing was a bit of a nightmare, but lesson learned - don't make a video so badly it requires you to learn how to use motion tracking software to fix it! (It also didn't help I moved home during the filming/editing of this). I tried to make the video a lot darker, as I realised that my American Psycho video was quite bright and possibly not the best video to use as a sleep aide. Hopefully it's much more focused on tingles and whispering than my previous video, and gives everyone that good ASMR vibe! It is both a sensation and a medium. #ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current, non-scientific name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant. ASMR videos are meant to intentionally help induce this sensation, also referred to as "tingles", but also provide a relaxing, calming, soothing, therapeutic and even entertaining experience for the viewer.
