A new technique for the external cephalic version for twin A (the leading twin) in breech has been recently published in the European Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Biology. The technique has been developed by the special ECV team at the Charité University Hospital in Berlin. This technique can reduce the extremely high rate of caesarean section in this group of patients and give mothers new hope of achieving a vaginal delivery with twins.
