Trails of Cold Steel IV: Erebonia's World War | Review

We’re finally here at the Erebonia MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) chapter: Trails of Cold Steel IV. With the game being highly anticipated from fans, the game is overall a fitting love letter to the fans. Packed with more than 100+ hours of gameplay, the game is an epic ride with the fate of Erebonia in the air. While the game had its flaws, my biggest gripe would be Act 2 in the game, which has a ton of unnecessary padding, fluff, and was stretched out a ton. Yet, the game is still great and a solid JRPG. Overall, the charm of both Class VIIs, the SSS, and the Liberl cast from Trails in the Sky overcame the game’s flaws. The game is a must-play for fans of the series if you want to see the Erebonia arc’s conclusion.
