This is Nungwi in Zanzibar! an incredible spot by the Indian Ocean. It has some of the bluest water I have seen and is comparable to the Caribbean and the Quintana Roo coast of Mexico. I had only seen this type of water in places like Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, Tulum and Cancun when I was in Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula. But this place had not let me down! I started my journey in Stone Town further down the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania and then went up to Kendwa and finally Nungwi.
