Soften cream cheese, dice 4 slices of ham, and chop 2 green onions. 2. Combine cream cheese, ham, onions, 16 oz sour cream, hot sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire, and Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub. Fold in 2 cups of freshly grated cheddar cheese. 3. Hollow out a round loaf of Italian bread and fill it with the dip mixture. 4. Heat your smoker to 275-325ºF. Smoke the dip-filled bread bowl for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 5. Once the dip is bubbly, serve with pita chips, crackers, or the hollowed-out bread.
