While testing (and it's long standing problem) it was found to be overheating after 45-120min. With the upper cover off, it would run fine but once it was assembled it would just get a little too hot. The fans tested properly when their electrical specs were looked at. I suspected the exhaust fan as a problem because the blower fan was 100%. I had another projector with a similar chassis, so I borrowed it's exhaust fan and put it into this one. After that, it ran properly with the upper cover installed. That led to me physically examine the original fan, only to find one of the blades was warped and not moving air correctly. I ordered a new fan. Once it cleared Coronvirus quarantine, it arrived a few weeks later. After installing it, the projector ran for a few hours without issue.
