Frankly speaking not all of us like bitter gourd aka karela , due to its very bitter taste , i personally do not like it at all , but we have got to you a very interesting and healthy recipe yes you heard it right , the taste of the chutney power is so superb you will start liking bitter gourd at least in this form of the recipe. This is my personal favorite and this is my grandmothers and mothers style of preparing the chutney powder. Hope you like this recipe.
