This is the first ever sub-14 for this game and the world record as of May 16, 2018! Any% is a tremendous pain in the ass because of the luck required to get the trucks to cooperate (in short, there's a 63% chance of losing 36 seconds to truck encounters, and we need that to not happen), but I somehow managed to push through to get this time! Area 9 is the only bad stage in this run, and many of the others are the best I've ever completed them. This run is 7 seconds off of my sum of best splits, many of which are COMPLETELY unreasonable to match. This is a phenomenal time and I am hopefully never going to return to this category on this version. This run is the result of nearly 5 years of constant work, and I couldn't be more proud. Over those 5 years, I have only not had the record for a single day (shoutouts to Paku!). I am finally ready to move on and work on other games for the time being.
