EduTALK is a weekly virtual talk show created out of the need for a Global Learning Community focused on topics in education that directly impact Caribbean nations and diaspora nationals working across the globe. EduTALK features teachers, principals, administrators, business leaders and dignitaries who share their expertise on critical topics facing education today with the common goal of moving education forward and our students upward. This episode features a brief conversation on the current issues surrounding the national election in the US and how elections and votes affect educational options and access for students and families. The current democratic candidate (pending), Vice President, Kamala Harris is of Jamaican and Indian decent. This is an excited time for Jamaicans since the Caribbean region contributes so much to the historical development of the United States.
