It was a super fun project and I really wanted to get Charlie's amazing voice on something for this channel! I've been in a Sonic mood lately since I've been enjoying watching all of the drama surrounding the Sonic Movie stuff. We decided to do this one from Sonic Heroes. I'm not typically a huge Sonic fan having only played Sonic Adventure 2 at length but all the other ones super briefly, but the music is iconic and irresistible to cover! We filmed this in the middle of MomoCon time, Charlie had me drive out to his Air Bnb to film this and we did the best we could with the setting. I originally wanted to do some shots similar to Wii Shop, but time didn't really allow it. I had to run straight from this back to the con to do the OoT Randomizer stream for Zeldathon! It's been crazy keeping up these videos with all the travel! I've been really trying to figure out how best to get this quality of videos done even when I'm not home. I'm currently still in Georgia with Adriana, and I want to feel free to travel. This time I had SixteenInMono mix this one since I didn't have the luxury of mixing in my own studio. I mixed Wii Shop in a hotel room and had a very difficult time with it, so I figured this would be a great opportunity to put out the first cover not mixed by me on this channel!
