This is a quick little video to show how I'm farming for the Vitreous Stone Drake. The run took 8minutes, which means you can hit the instance max (5 per hour). ¤ Items ¤ Have 1 Invisibility potion with you. Glyph of Unleashed Lightning Glyph of Stoneclaw Totem Nitro Boots help a lot, but it's not a must. The better your gear, the easier it will be. You can do it in normal firelands gear, but lower than that will be tough. ¤ The trash ¤ Kite as much as you can while you kill them off one by one. You can skip the first boss by sticking to the left wall. You can skip the 2nd trash part with an Invisibility potion. ¤ The boss ¤ Open with a stoneclaw shield on you. Do as much damage as you can during the first phase and the first flying phase. All cooldown up! When she lands, use Earth Elemental Totem to taunt and tank the boss. Heal him if he gets low. When your totem dies, stay at max range and kite (Nitro Boots if you have) until the 2nd flight phase. Take down the last hp during the 2nd flight phase, shield and kite if you still have a little left when he lands. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ¤ The video ¤ Recorded with Fraps.
