The official screen replacement video doesn't match the hardware they are actually sending customers. So here's how to do it with the cables and adapter card they are shipping. PLUS - a warning about not breaking the fittings. The front LCD ribbon is a sliding connector. So you'd think they all are, right? NO. The UV ribbons are on hinged retainers. Don't slide them like I did or you'll being hot-gluing it together. In total the process is part LCD replacement and some of the motherboard replacement video. Links to both below.
