The Brixham Pirate festival 2023: Episode 58

One of my favourite festivals of the year is the Brixham Pirate Festival. It is held in May over a bank holiday weekend. In this Video I have tried to capture the atmosphere of this festival on camera but really it has to be experienced not just watched. The locals are so supportive and get into the spirit of the festival with lots of music and drinking. The costumes are outstanding and so for a photographer it is a dream. We were lucky to have a front row seat for the festival as Sea Pigeon was moored up on the pontoon next to all the action. We have spent over 20 hours editing this video and trying to reduce two days into ten minutes. We hope you enjoy the video and will consider leaving a ‘Like’ and comment.
