~Extreme Slums In Bangkok, Thailand~ This wasn't the first time seen slums or extreme poverty, but definitely the first time walking through them and interacting with the local people. I did notice that some of these people did not seem like they were struggling at all, in fact some of them seemed genuinely satisfied with their way of life. But a large portion of the population are barely surviving and they don't really have a choice but to suffer through it. After 6 months in the country I saw some pretty brutal living conditions. One thing I noticed was there were several different levels of poverty, but unlike the United States and lots of other developed countries, the people who are being "poor" does not mean you get free, money, healthcare, food, and anything else you need from the government, lol. Here its more like -struggling to find food to eat or water with out parasites. there isn't too much gang violence or drive-by, shootings, instead they are are fighting disease, and dehydration. The goal of the trip wasn’t necessarily to try and find the most extreme slums in the country but instead to explore and experience as much as I could for while still building the YouTube Channel!
