I didn't get to sing this version where I was scheduled to perform, but it did not stop me from sharing my unedited version of this arrangement with you all. I had to learn that people are accustomed to specific types of music and not everyone will approve of everything I arrange. As much as I wanted to speak my thoughts on how I feel about having to revise certain parts in order for me to perform, I don't want to cause trouble on anyone's end if I say something that may upset others. This took me a month to arrange this piece and for it to be modified into something more conservative and having it done in a short amount of time made it a bit stressful. I'm not a perfect musician. I make mistakes no matter how hard it is for me to accept them. That's part of growing as a musician. I will face all kinds of criticism everywhere I go. It's not the best feeling, but it's something I need to get used to. Someone will find something wrong with what I do and will try to tear me apart. There is still room for me to grow and I will do what I can to work hard and achieve the goals I need to achieve.
