We are constantly emitting vibrations. And those vibrations are very detectable. Vibe Up! Before I go into a birthday party with friends and family, I'll actually take a moment and literally elevate my state by choosing to think my way into enthusiasm, joy, celebration, camaraderie, compassion and gratitude. Then I'll walk into the party with this silent, invisible gift that I'm bringing that is actually detectable. Without having to say a word about it, I am automatically inviting everyone around me to elevate their own states. It's very contagious. Joy and enthusiasm. These high-grade states are very, very contagious. People, without even knowing it, are accepting those invitations to join you in elevated states. The whole party gets even better. And I'm not just talking about that birthday party. I'm talking about the party of life. Think of some times or events in your life where it could benefit you (and others) to intentionally VIBE UP beforehand. And get into the practice of doing that. Vibe Up!
