(I dabbled with it in December 2023 but increased my usage, and it is now a staple within my hair routine.) I started using this heavily in 2013, and I remember it always WORKED for #hairdamage! I typically only use this on “#moisturizing ” shampoo/deep #conditioning days and sometimes on co-wash days.
