Historic motorsport is back!!! Last weekend, the ADAC Hockenheim Historic – The Jim Clark Revival took place from the 3rd to the 5th of May 2024. Around 33.000 spectators enjoyed the racing of days gone by over the three days of the event – despite the changeable weather on Sunday. Results and motorsport perfection took a back seat for once. Much more important were emotions, sounds, smells, tastes and the beauty that emanates from racing cars, where form was usually even more important than function. The Touring Car Golden Era and the DRM Revival alone bring together around 100 cars from the glory days of DRM, DTM, STW, WTCC and DTC to the grid. And when it comes to the species-appropriate movement of the racers – this is guaranteed by an exquisite list of participants with legends such as Olaf Manthey, Roland Asch, Altfrid Heger, Harald Grohs, Peter Mücke, Kris Nissen and many others, who simply can't resist competing with like-minded people at the wheel of the spectacular touring and racing sports cars.
