This bagging facility can achieve an output of 40 bags per hour for a total output of 80 metric tonnes using 2 metric tonne bulk bags. This speed is reached with our unique carousel bag placing system which enables non stop production. Robotic bag placers are also available to reduce reliance on manual labour. It is fitted with bag neck inflator, bag blower, pallet dispenser/collector. Controls can be integrated into a centralized control room.
