To help the Wing Chun community, here's the direction on how to make a Wing Chun Dummy for a fraction of the cost. It does not include all of the details, but you get the idea. We completed this dummy within a day (if not in a few hours). The dummy is stable, durable, height adjustable (you don't find this anywhere), easy to move around, and most importantly it feels like a real WC dummy.
