This video shows you how to properly remove the side stand (kick stand) kill switch that can cause your post-1996 Dr650 engine to cut out over rough terrain. I bypass a relay that if it fails will leave you with a no start situation. I also remove a diode under the tank and in front of the seat and bridge it's connections. If that diode fails you'll end up trying to trace down a no-start situation that could leave you scratching our head 1000 miles from home. The last thing I do in the video is bypass the clutch kill switch cuz if you really ride, you don't need it.
