It features stand-up striking, with throwing and grappling techniques being also allowed in the competition, including restraint, locks and chokeholds. Kudo is a Perfect solution for women's safety & Self defense because the techniques which are learnt in kudo are applicable in the training, in the competition and as well as in the street.
