I am using a circle skirt pattern as my base to this simple how to. Below is a complete list of all items used to make this skirt. To see more in depth details visit www.theMariaAntoinette.com Here is a list of items needed: 7 Yards Tulle of choice 1.5 Yards of Static-free lining Elastic Band - I got the no-roll type of elastic band Measuring Tape Sewing Machine Iron - to iron hem into the lining prior to sewing...this is optional I did not do this step.
