Hello everyone, and welcome to our latest project at Diani Beach, Kenya. We are thrilled to introduce Casa Paradiso Diani, a property we purchased for renovation in 2023. Nestled on a quarter-acre of freehold land, this serene location is only 500 meters from the pristine shores of Diani Beach, offering both tranquility and proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Kenyan coast. When we acquired the property, it featured an older 4-bedroom villa and a separate 2-bedroom guest wing. Our vision was to transform the space into a luxurious and functional coastal getaway. The main villa was redesigned and converted into a spacious 3-bedroom villa, with each bedroom now boasting an ensuite bathroom to enhance privacy and comfort. Meanwhile, the 2-bedroom guest wing was reimagined as two independent studio apartments, each outfitted with its own kitchenette, providing ideal accommodations for guests seeking privacy or short-term rentals. One of the standout features of Casa Paradiso Diani is the new swimming pool we’ve added to the property. Measuring 3.2 meters in width and 6.2 meters in length, the pool is perfectly sized for both relaxing dips and leisurely swims, offering a refreshing escape from the tropical heat. Throughout the renovation process, we’ve prioritized modern, high-quality finishes. The floors are now adorned with elegant porcelain tiles, chosen for both their aesthetic appeal and durability. The windows have been upgraded to 100% aluminum sliding frames, which are not only sleek but also come with stainless steel mosquito nets, ensuring protection without compromising on the stunning views or ventilation. For added security, we’ve installed an electric fence around the perimeter of the property, giving future residents peace of mind. The kitchens—both in the main villa and the two studios—have been fully fitted with modern appliances, making them as functional as they are beautiful, perfect for those who enjoy cooking or entertaining. Additionally, we recognized the importance of water reliability in this area, so we renovated and connected a borehole to the property, ensuring a consistent water supply. Finally, the staff quarters, an essential feature for a property of this scale, were also fully refurbished to meet the needs of those who will maintain the estate.
