MKIII Supra 2JZ-GTE Aristo Swap gets Intercooler piping and more! : Part 2 from Lucore Automotive

Well this update has been a long time coming but here it is, finally an update on the ZTP MAG MKIII Toyota Supra build! As we discussed in the Part 1 video this car was originally a 7M-GTE powered turbo model however the old motor had been removed and a JDM spec'd 2JZ-GTE Aristo Twin Turbo motor was sitting between the fenders in its place. All we had to do was plug it in and turn the key, right?! Now that the wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension have been handled as well as the motor set(for now) between the fenders it was time to move on to getting the intercooler and intake piping done. Since we here at Lucore Automotive are hotrodders by nature we of course did things over the top and fabricated versus just buying and bolting on a "close enough" kit. If you are a fan of our channel you may have also seen custom painted helmets we have done to match a few of our other cars. As both a safety piece and lets be honest a bit of extra bling we reach out to Jonathen Kinney of Columbus Air Brush to make our dreams come true. As you'll see in the video, he knocked out yet another awesome piece for us! Previous work of his as mentioned in the video are also on the helmets for Boosted_Lexi 's Turbo IS300 and 73ChargerChic 's Big Block Momma's Mopar build. Lastly, sorry this took so long! Unfortunately projects like this take time and concentration which can be hard to come by in a true working shop. As one of the premiere independent mechanic shops in Central Ohio we are blessed/cursed with an extremely busy service schedule which unfortunately cuts down on the time we have to work on Project Car builds. We promise, the next update to this build will be following quick as we tackle the exhaust, fuel, and wiring! We hope you all enjoy this and don't forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe!
