Add Bandra flour, mix well and switch off the flame 2) Keep covered for 10 minutes 3) Remove on a plate and slowly knead little, add 1/2 tsp ghee if little sticky. Will harden more once cools 4) after kneading for 3-4 minutes, keep covered for 15 minutes 5) Dough is ready Dust it and roll from a roller or with palms. Make sure you keep sugaring in between so as there are chances of it getting stick to the rolling stone. 6) Cook on both sides, flip and cook. In the end add some ghee or oil and cook further :) Note :- Bajra roti tested best little thick, crisp with some butter or ghee on the top as millets tend to give a dry mouthfeel so ghee helps
