TCU system is mainly composed of heating module, constant temperature module and cooling module, which respectively meet the requirements of temperature regulation in the reaction kettle during drug processing and production in the pharmaceutical industry, so as to accurately control the temperature change of drugs in the reaction kettle with reaction time. The temperature can be dynamically controlled from -120 degrees to 300 degrees. TCU systems use existing primary energy to control process equipment temperature through infrastructure integration with a single fluid system or secondary loop. The circulating medium (aqueous solution of ethylene glycol) was used to heat and cool the reactor through jacket. When heating, the steam valve in TCU is opened by PLC instruction, and the heat exchanger heats the circulating liquid. The circulating liquid heats the material and controls the temperature in the reaction kettle jacket. During cooling, the TCU controlled circulating water or -20℃ frozen water valve is opened by PLC instruction, the heat exchanger cools the circulating liquid, and the circulating liquid cools the material and regulates the temperature in the reaction kettle jacket. Remote DCS communication, can remotely control the temperature of multiple reactor materials.
