Quite possibly the best road ride ever. Taking in the highest roads in UK and England. Bit of shameless topless action as well 😂. My aim was to do a loop that would take in some of the highest roads in the UK. When I was planning this route I just knew Great Dun Fell had to be included as it is the Highest road in the UK. So my next step was to plan the route taking as many of the highest roads in UK/England that I could find along the way. I could have done more but it would have meant doubling back on roads and I just don’t like the idea of back tracking for the sake of it. I really do believe that this one of the best and most rewarding routes I have ever done and is definitely one of the best routes in the North of England.
