Aivolt 1600w generator | brand new | won’t run

I purchased this generator brand new off of Amazon from Aivolt. At the time I had purchased 2 of them and the other one ran perfect. This one, straight out the box wont run. I have reached out to customer service and they want to completely tear it down and start the process of elimination or whats wrong. I personally don't think you should purchased something completely brand new and it not work, then the company not want to replace it with a brand new unit. Instead they want me to be their R&D department for free. Moral of the story is Aivolt doesn't stand behind there products. So buyers beware.
