I've always preferred the 45 mix instead of Shep Pettibone's version that ended up making into the 12'' single (both vinyl and CD maxi), which pretty much meant it was the 'industry standard' version for the clubs, at that time. The 45 mix preserves the authenticity of Duran Duran's sound: pure New Wave, full of the wonderful analogue synths that we were all raised on and love. Only problem is that version was too short for the clubs and DJing, with its original 4:36 minutes. Well....I guess that problem is now solved! :) Enjoy it!
