Yoga for the Back and Shoulders: Stretch, Bend, Lengthen and Strengthen in Under 20 Minutes

This is a relatively quick yoga routine to strengthen, stretch and lengthen your back. We begin on the ground with some simple stretches including child pose, Cat/Cow, Puppy, Cat Twist and Downward Dog. We begin to slowly move into some slightly more advanced poses including Cobra, Dolphin and Side Planks. Eventually we move into some more advanced back bends(Locust and Bow Pose). Finally we finish off with some easy and relaxing sitting stretches and breathing. A perfect workout to awaken and strengthen your spine in under twenty minutes.
