Today's Mordhau gameplay video features my Executioner's Sword build: full armor, a pair of perks and the big bad sword itself. In Mordhau, the Executioner's Sword is one of the most expensive swords to equip in the game. Its 21-point cost is only beaten by the 24-point cost of the Zweihander. Let's compare the two swords for a moment. For Mordhau builds looking to use the Executioner's Sword vs the Zweihander, there are some key differences. Notably, the Executioner's Sword is 25cm shorter than the Zweihander and the Executioner Sword does FAR less stab damage. The Executioner Sword has no alternate mode, while the Zweihander can be held in a half-grip for faster attacks at the cost of some damage output. Even though the Zweihander costs more, in my opinion, it's the better weapon when it comes to versatility. But nothing sounds cooler than the "Executioner's Sword".
