This is a tough pose and asks for a lot on our wrists but if you find the right shelf for the body, and the right amount of transferring of your weight, it is definitely possible! I’ll take you through a warm-up for the wrists, shoulders, core: front and back, and then lots of practice getting into the pose with different props to help you achieve success. Grab some blocks!
