How to make a windsurfing Beach Start! The best technique for all conditions.

In this video you will learn how to beach start. When you practice the techniques showed in this video you may feel like some of them are not completely necessary and opt to not focus on them. However, if you really focus on ALL techniques properly, this will help you out later on when you are learning the water start. So make sure to invest your time properly and learn them while its easy! When trying to learn the beach start it is recommended to do so in the following order: Learn to lift and flip your sail easily. Learn to control the board without touching it (as much as possible). Make sure you have the correct body and sail position for stepping on the board. Practice staying low once on the board (even when not necessary).
